Terms & Conditions

We like to keep things simple so it’s easy to understand how we work and what to expect. Our Terms are no exception! Take a read through so you know how we work and what you’ll need to do if there’s any problems with your order.

When you visit our site and/or buy something from us, you agree to be bound by our Terms, including those set out in our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions and policies we make reference to or link to. These Terms apply to all users of the site. Please read them carefully before you submit your order to us. These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

These Terms will apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions contained or referred to in any order, letter, form of contract or other communication sent by you to us.

Our Products & Service

Our Products are sold subject to their product descriptions. We take care to make these descriptions as accurate as possible but sometimes we might not pick up inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. These may affect promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.

The images of the products and packaging on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

As such all of the information on this site, including product descriptions, may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases we will try and contact you to resolve the issue but we reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw products from sale or cancel orders without prior notice.

Whilst we try to make sure the information on this site is accurate and up-to-date at all times we cannot be held responsible if sometimes the information on this site is not accurate, complete or current and we do try to make sure that any errors or omissions are corrected as quickly as possible. From time to time, we may change the design and specification of our products and our product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice and sometimes we might withdraw products from sale without notice as well. At all times we try and deliver the best service we can but sometimes we may need to take the site offline for maintenance or updates.  We’ll try to make sure that we’re back as quickly as possible because we don’t want to miss your order!

Orders

Our acceptance of your order will take place after you have placed an order with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason and at any time. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.

Whenever you place an order, you must provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made, and any other information we reasonably request so that we can supply products to you. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information, we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.

Our site is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from, deliver to, addresses outside the UK.

Providing the Products

During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you. We will deliver them to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date after we have accepted your order.

For ongoing supplies and subscriptions, we will supply the products to you until the subscription expires (if applicable) or the contract between us comes to an end.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Whilst we always do our best to deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible, we will not be liable for delays. If there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
