We know you’re going to want to try our delicious products as soon as possible so we dispatch all orders within 2 working days (orders placed on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday). We send all UK orders by 1st Class with Royal Mail, so, your order should reach you 1-2 days after it has been dispatched. Please note, we currently deliver to the UK only, excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

So, you’ve been waiting a few days and it’s still not here? Don’t be afraid to get in touch to find out where it is. We’ll be happy to look into any order that may have gone astray – after all, we don’t want you to miss the opportunity to introduce our delicious flavours into your cooking! So, just email us and include your order number, we’ll be only too happy to sort it out!
We accept that from time-to-time things may go wrong and you may want to return a product to us but products can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect and the items are unopened. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund please email us and state your reason for requesting a refund.
We hope you love your new spices and you enjoy receiving your boxes along with the monthly health tips, but if at any time you decide you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Of course, you can re-subscribe and we’ll be more than happy to see you again!
